Yoga Program

Our Yoga program is taught by Tracy Pittman; a certified youth Yoga Instructor with experience teaching a wide range of developmental levels.

Classes are led in a fun and interactive way using story telling, games, song and dance to encourage self esteem and body awareness. We are learning that by taking long, slow, deep “balloon breaths” we can control our excitement level and calm our body and mind.
