They engage in continuous professional and personal growth, embracing their role as a lifelong learner through reflective practice and inquiry into the everyday moments of teaching and learning.
Come Meet Our Educators
Each of our staff meet the requirements to work in licensed child care in Nova Scotia: *ECE Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3) from the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. *Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening – renewed every 5 years *Child Abuse Registry Check– renewed every 3 years *Valid First Aid & CPR (Level C) – renewed every 3 years *Ongoing professional development – a minimum of 30 hours in 3 years.
