Allegro values parents/caregivers as the experts of their child/ren. We strive to promote partnerships between parents and educators while supporting all families and their cultures.

Allegro Child Care Centre is a fully licensed facility since 1997 that provides care for 139 children. While we are are licensed to provide care between the ages of 3 months to 8 years, we currently do not offer programs for school age children.

Being a family centred practice, we are focused on supporting relationships in an inclusive environment that inspires, challenges and nurtures young children in a safe and engaging space.

More than 80% of our staff are accredited as Early Childhood Educators. The child care centre continues to offer long-term stabilit

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Allegro is located in Mi’kma’ki, the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. We acknowledge them as the past, present and future caretakers of this land.
