Allegro Child Care Centre continues to offer an inclusive early learning and care program that strives to find ways to include all children and remove barriers that prevent children from actively participating. It is our role to support the families, especially those with more needs. We need to incorporate those needs and programs with ours.
The Inclusion Support Educator and Visionary Coordinator are here to support you, give advice on strategies as well as be extra hands for short periods when needed. Staff are to be responsible to use methods on a consistent basis; such as sign language, visual aids, routine base plans, attend meetings, and work closely with outside professionals
Through anti-bias practice, our child care centre embraces and celebrates the diverse cultures and beliefs of children, families, and the wider community. We foster an environment of respect, inclusivity, and cultural appreciation, where children learn about different traditions, languages, and ways of life.
